FAQs
Steamer Q&A, How to use
Q) Can I control the strength of the steamer?
A) Normally, we provide customer service with two hoses. If you want a stronger and more focused version, we can close one of the hoses with a rubber cap. This will double the amount of steam coming out of the remaining hose.
Q) Temperature & Mist Amount & Wind Control
A) There are four temperature levels: 30°C, 40°C, 50°C, and 60°C. There are also four levels of mist control and two levels of wind control.
Q) How does the steamer work?
A) Steam helps open the cuticles on the scalp, allowing nutrition and treatments to penetrate the hair more effectively.
Q) Where should I place the hose?
A) Attach the sucker of each hose to the inner side of the shampoo pottery, pointing towards the customer.
Q) 'E1' on the display even after filling the water tank?
A) Check if the rubber gasket inside the water tank lid is wet. Remove any moisture and reassemble it.
Q) How do I use the steam cap/rubber cap?
A) Remove the steam head from the hose and cover it with the rubber cap. Then, cover the other hose with the steam cap.
Q) What should I do if the steamer smells?
A) After removing the water tank and funnel, wipe off any water stains on the walls and sides with a wet tissue.
Q) How do I clean it?
A) Disconnect the hose that's connected to the holder and the main body. Extend the detached hose, add cleaner, shake it, and rinse thoroughly with water. Let it dry for about a day.
Q) What if the steam is too weak?
A) After removing the dust from the filter inside the filter case with water, dry the filter and reassemble it.
Q) What if the steam is not coming out?
A) Open the drain hole and remove all the water from the device. Then, when you fill it with water again, the water level will be adjusted, and the steam will operate.

Scalp Diagnosis and Analysis:
1) Analyze the scalp surface skin:
- This includes the color, luster, and accumulation degree of the cuticle of the surface skin.
2) Analyze hair:
- This includes the number and health of the hair.
3) Analyze the hair follicle mouth environment on the scalp:
- Examine the oil and color of the hair follicle mouth.
Head Folliculitis:
Scalp: Pink with small red rashes, sometimes painful and itchy.
1) Sensitive Folliculitis: Due to the sensitivity of the scalp itself, external influences, dietary habits, and exposure to chemical irritants.
2) Seborrheic (지루성) Folliculitis: Caused by slow metabolism, excessive oil secretion, and the inability to produce normal secretions, resulting in small red rashes.
Hair: 1-2 pieces, uneven hair thickness.
- Hair follicle mouth: Hair fat blocks hair follicles, leading to severe hair loss.
Three-Spectral Detection:
A) Skin Surface Detection Mode (first light of spectral handle):
Detect dryness, oiliness, hair follicle blockage, skin wrinkles, aging, and freckles on the scalp skin.
B) Dermal Dermis Detection Mode (second light of spectral handle):
- Observe inflammation, capillary expansion, and blood exudation.
- Check whether the skin is normal, sensitive, or red after using skin care products.
C) Skin UV Layer Detection:
- Observe the blocking of skin pores and scalp hair follicles.
- If pores are blocked, fatty acids penetrate the skin through the pore, causing a skin stress reaction that produces a brick-red fluorescence reaction under UV light.
Screen Setup (SD card needed):
- 4-grid comparison mode.
- Screenshot.
- Video recording mode.
